こんにちはヾ ^_^♪ 春ですねー この時期は新生活を迎える人もあれば、思いもよらぬ異動やらで困惑されている方もいらしゃることでしょう。 気温の変化に順応できず、心身ともに疲れ、体調を崩しやすので、管理をして下さいね。 私は今、筋力をつけるべく、腹筋やスクワットを毎朝行っております。 雇われていたときは、患者に指導しても自分ではやりませんでしたが、自分が管理者になり取り組む姿勢も変わりました。 東進のCMで「じゃあ、いつやるの？」 「今でしょ」のフレーズを最近よく耳にしますが、本当にその通りです。必要性を感じたら、行動あるのみです。絶対よい結果につながります。 そして、同じように語っている相田みつを作品を紹介しておきます。 「人生において 最も大切な時は それはいつでも いまです」 |
